At The Tiger Sports Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fan gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached. Please note that custom-printed jerseys and clearance items are considered final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all hangtags are attached and a copy of your packing slip is included inside.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
